SANEM will organize a crash program on econometrics application from 28 -31 August 2022. The program will be conducted over Zoom, from 3-5 pm Bangladesh Time on the respective days. The program will be conducted by the researchers of SANEM. Dr Selim Raihan, Professor, Department of Economics, Dhaka University and Executive Director, SANEM and Dr Sayema Haque Bidisha, Professor, Department of Economics, Dhaka University and Research Director, SANEM will supervise the program. No fees are required to attend the program.
The crash program intends to enhance the capacity of the final year economics undergraduate student for quantitative analysis through hands-on training in STATA and Eviews. Participants will get a practical understanding of cross-sectional, time series and panel data econometrics in the training.
